IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE AGREEMENT KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes! No client information is ever given to any third parties. All information on our client portal is done with the same 128 bit level encryption your bank uses.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR A CANCELLATION?
We are very flexible to cancellations because we know things come up and schedules change. However, please be aware that a fee of 50% of that day's visit(s) will be applied if service(s) are canceled after 7pm the night before they occur. If cancellation occurs same day, a fee of 60% of that day's visit will be applied. If the pet sitter shows up to do the visit and then it is canceled, the original charge for the visit stands.
DO YOU TAKE “LAST-MINUTE” RESERVATIONS?
If you are in need of a last-minute reservation, Fido's will strive to accommodate your needs, but can only do so based on availability.
WHAT KIND OF ANIMALS DO YOU CARE FOR?
All animals including, but not limited to: dogs, cats, fish, turtles, hamsters, birds, etc.
WHAT IF MY PROPERTY OR PET IS DAMAGED WHILE I AM GONE?
All services listed in our service agreement will be provided in a reliable, professional and trustworthy manner. Fido's Day Out is only liable for claims arising from negligence or willful misconduct. Due to the extreme unpredictability of animals, we cannot accept responsibility for unusual circumstances (i.e. pet stains, furniture damage, spills, bites, water stains that are due to the actions of pets, etc.). Also, if your pets have access to the outside, we are NOT responsible for injury, disappearance, or fines.

HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH FIDO'S?
The first thing you need to do is contact Fido's to set up a complimentary meet and greet.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
An invoice will be sent to the email you provide. We accept Venmo, cash, check, credit or debit (Venmo preferred). Late payment charge is $10.00 per day.
WILL I HAVE THE SAME WALKER/PET SITTER EACH TIME?
We try our very best to accommodate visits with the same pet sitter each time. This is very unique in the pet sitting industry. Only when necessary will there be another pet sitter that fills in.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO RESERVE FOR SERVICES?
If you are new client, please try to make your arrangements at least one week in advance . (If this isn't possible please still reach out) This will allow time for the initial consultation and scheduling. Holiday season tends to book up fast!
DO YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATION TO PETS?
Yes. Vet prescribed medication can be administered including pills, drops, and injections. Medications that may pose a risk to the pet sitter will not be administered.
WHAT DO YOU DO IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
In the case of an emergency with your pet, we will promptly contact you and then your vet and transport them to the proper facility, if necessary. We will then reach out to you with the contact information you provided for such occurrences. If there is ever an emergency with your home, we will call you, additional emergency contacts you provide, authorities, and/or a preferred repair service.
